Proposal to all Friends at this forum

Dear Friends,

Our forum has now about 2400 messages, many of which contain precious
information covering a diversity of topics. I know I cannot single-handedly
compile a good summary of the posts. I am requesting assistance from all of
you to help extract some useful info to place them in the webpages, so it is
easier to find.  I can think of several areas:

1. travel to Meizhou and other Hakka hometowns
2. genealogy (this may require clearance with Mr. Chung Yoon-Ngan, who is
publishing the book) - perhaps more general in formation can be
incorporated.
3. history and stories
4. people - e.g. Han SuYin
5. World Hakka and Chinese organizations.
6. Custom
etc. (name your topic)

You can pick the area of your interest and do a simple search just using the
windows menu (edit/find). Once you have compiled and edited the page, you
can send it through email to me and you will be named editor for that
contribution and on the frontpage acknowledgement. I think this is something
that is beneficial for all the friends here.

Could I interest any of you in this undertaking ?
