Jiaying University Hakka course

I am looking forward to enrol for a 1 month Hakka course at Jiaying 
University next year. The website stated that the course only costs 120 USD 
(with excursions) (the address is available on Asiawind's Hakka links). When 
I contacted the people there, they fax me a letter stating that is is 500 
USD (without excursions). I wonder if anybody can help me ascertain the 
truth like Prof. Liu Zin Fad which might have visited the university. Thank 
you.
