The Wei dynasty was a Han Chinese dynasty, the only non Chinese empire was 
after Western Jin. Cao Cao himself born in Anhui in East China, infact these 
nomads dynasties should be considered as Sinitic Nomads, as unearthed 
evidenced shown they practice Chinese Character and wearing Chinese clothes. 
We keep mentioned about non-Chinese from the north, and what about the 
South? Don't forgot about the inhabitants living in that regions before 
Chinese entered.
