Dear Clem,

It is trivial but not too trivial on the soccer ruling. Apparently the rules
have been changed recently that incidental handball is not penalized, or the
Chinese team would not have argued so strongly with the referee and the
Olympic commentator would not have made such comments that "justice was done
when the Chinese goalie saved the goal twice on the penalty kick". Their
comments were quite strong against the referee's judgement.
Here are the rules of the game. Note the word "deliberately" is added to the
rule on handball.
