Policy of the forum

Hakka forum openly welcomes constructive opinions as well as critical
remarks on the past, present and future of Hakka, as long as defamatory and
derogatory remarks are not made against other cultures, ethnic groups or
individual participants in the forum. However, personally, I would encourage
a positive attitude. Cynicism and sarcasm do have their effects on some
people and under certain situations. What we need more are solid ideas, road
maps, result-oriented suggestions, and scholarly studies for the benefit of
all participants. I have a dual role as a webmaster as well as a participant
in the forum. I do reserve the right to express my opinion as everyone else
does, but don't let it be inhibitory to the contrary. Other than some very
old courtesy posts, posts deleted on request by the posters, and 2 or 3
posts that violated the above policy, nothing has been edited or deleted.  I
hope this is sufficient to clarify my postion and the position of this
forum.
