The Toronto Hakka Conference (Dec. 28-30) will be a great place to
discuss, organize and get a Hakka school going for the greater Toronto
area. Unlike Zinfad, I'm optimistic like you. If there are schools for
Mandarin and Cantonese in North America, why not for Hakka. Take the
lead, "seize the day" as one of our writers posted. Didn't Confucius say
"a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step" or somebody
else did?
