Meinung People's Association

I am trying to read more about the Yellow Butterfly Valley in Meinung, as I read an interesting article about the efforts of the local Hakka community to protect both natural wild life and local traditional culture amidst government efforts to build a proposed damn. I originally read this on a website from the Meinung People's Association. This website has since disappeared. Does anyone know about more reading resources on the net or elsewhere and whether this group is contactable at the present moment.
