I tried to contact Shanghai Normal University and the Shenzhen Hakka
Association, but did not receive any response. But that was two years ago.  May
be their email and structure were not ready yet. I did not have their address. 
You might be able to do a search on the net to find out.  I am out of office
right now until 12/21 and can't help you much.  I am forwarding your mail to the
Hakka forum and maillist. Hopefully some other Hakka fellows can help you.
