RE: chinese surnames and population distribution
It seems that 'Hang' and 'Boi' and things associated ponds and fishes etc
are typical Hakka Town market names and districts take for example where my
own family comes from....
Liang Boi Hang, Li Ng Gong in Wuhua County
and from where most of our Zhang Lineage hailed from ShangHang in Fujian
