....And what would be the Standard "Accent" of the Jiaying Province?

Here's another question to think about before launching a Jiaying province, 
should we hail Meixian Accent as the Standard...or should we let all Hakka 
Accents live together peacefully? I'm of the type who would try to learn the 
Meixian Accent Together with my Accent of Wuhua, to try to get along, w/o 
giving up The families Dialect.

I do however think that if ANY Jiaying province is to be a reality, we need 
a common standard for our ShengHua, and I give Meixian Accent my Vote.
