One of my folks created it.  It's a collection of links centered 
on Miaoli County, the hardcore Hakka County in Taiwan 
where we are from.  Bearing the County logo, it links to the
sites for County map, a National Park, golf courses, hotels
and even the Yahoo weather forecast for Miaoli area.
