Looking for "Hakka People: Jews of the Orient" by Kao Chung Xi

Toto here. I'm currently living in Singapore. After reading your website and
came across one of your reference material, "Hakka People: Jews of the
Orient" by Kao Chung Xi, I went around S'pore to look for this book.
Unfortunately even the biggest bookstore here does not carry it.

Would you be kind enough to tell me where can I get a copy? Thank you very
much. I am doing a research about Hakka people, and am pleasantly surprised
there was a republic of Hakka in West Kalimantan 2 centuries ago. You see,
I'm born there, Pontianak to be precise. Anyhing regarding Chinese history
there is supressed by the Indonesian government. They are hoping to
integrate the Chinese community by making us less Chinese. Once again thank
you for any information about the book.
