Chinese Name/ Surname

I am a CBC of Hakka descent.  MY full chinese name is Leong/Liang Chi Shan.  I'm not sure how the spelling for my last name would be, because when my father immigrated to Canada, he told me that the translation of the name became Liang from Leong.  My mother's maiden surname was Liu.  I'm very interested to find out the meaning of my name, and my roots.  If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you.
