For those who don't know, the disputing proposed reservoir is
at Meinung, a small foothill Hakka town in Southern Taiwan.
It was famous for tobacco growing, oiled-paper umbrella and now
anti-reservoir movement since 1992.  It played a critical role in
early history of Hakka's settlement in Southern Taiwan.
