Chinese surname postings removed from forum

Dear Fellow Hakkas,

I regret to hear that Mr. Chung Yoon-Ngan's posting on surname at this forum
have been commercialized by a plagiarist. I have decided to remove all the
surname stories (about 70 of them). It is a loss to all of us. But if you really
like to know of your clan history, please contact Mr. Chung directly. He is
about to publish his book on surnames. I hope the plagiarist will receive
the legal action he/she deserves.  If you have something you view might be of
copyright value, either yours or someone else's, please consider carefully if
you want to post it. Violation of copyright, whether done knowingly or not,
is a serious international crime.

I hope this is the last incident we hear about similar matters in this forum.
