Dear Yoon Ngan,

You should trace the plagiarist(s) and confront them and take legal
action. I noted you have indicated copyright in each of your articles.
However, if the content is modified or if they actually independently
translated the surname materials from somewhere else, then it would be
hard to press charge. There are quite a few Chinese books on surname
history. I suggest you find a publisher to publish your materials as
soon as possible. I think it is good stuff.  May need some illustrations
for kids.
