The history of your surname

Hello Hakka Friends,

This is to let you know that I have finished compiling the most common 
500 Chinese surnames in English. I have yet to translate them into 
Chinese. If you want to know the history of your surname send me an e-mail.
However, in order to avoid confusion and to save time please note the 
following before you send:

(1) your surname has to be in pinyin, Chinese Phonetic Transcription.
(2) better still if you can tell me the meaning or meanings or give an
    example of your surname.
(3) if you do not receive my reply within a few days, send me a reminder.
