One of the best places to look is the Ethnologue database at

http://www.sil.org/ethnologue/

However, I urge some caution in its use. The sources from which they take their
information is from a Christian background, and may not be up to date. Also, it
does not mention some places where there is a definite Hakka populations such as
England, etc.
