Infos about Hakka martial arts

I'm looking about material and infos about martial arts from the hakka people. I practise a style (Qwan Ki Do/Quan Khi Dao) from Vietnam with big influence from Hakka schools. Because a chinese hakka master with the name Chau Kwan Shi came in 1936 to Vietname and teached the style Shaolin E-Mei Pai and Zhu Jia Tang Lang. Anybody know something about this to styles and Chau Kwan Shi. He was born in Guang Dong (1985 - 1936)an his master was Chau Nam.
