My guess is that it is Hua2 Yu3. As Chinese outside China, Taiwan and Hong
Kong are referred to as Hua2 Qiao2 (Overseas Chinese), therefore the Guo2
Yu3 or Putonghua is referred to as Hua2 Yu3.
