Singapore's PM Goh Chok Tong is a Hakka?

You had previously mentioned that Singapore's present Prime Minister, Goh
Chok Tong, is a Hakka. There are some books written that he is a Hakka too.

Initially I doubted it.
Recently, many people in Singapore has been saying that. That he has a
Hakka father who was from Yongding County, Fujian Province. I learnt that a
book has it that Goh has admitted that he is a Hakka.
Most Singaporeans do not know much about Goh's ancestry, unlike Lee Kuan
Yew's. However, it is widely known that Goh's father passed away when he
was young and that he was brought up by his grandmother. It has also never
been mentioned that he is a Hokkien before.
There are also many Singaporeans who became assimiliated into other dialect
groups as Hakkas are the minority here.
