The Xiong-Nu's are still around and they still want to take 
parts of China too.

Ozbek, Turkmen, Uygur, Tatar, Azer bir boydur,
Karakalpak, Kirgiz, Kazak, ... hepsi bir soydur
Ozbekistan, Jinli Turkmenistan (Refers to Sinchiang) ... diye kurmuslar.

Uyguristan (also refers to Chinese Sinchiang), Kirghizstan... 
diye Kurmuslar
Anaturtum Turkistan'i bolup koymuslar.

I still have to translate this, 
Hmm, I wonder why they left Anatolia, Eastern Thrace and Constantinople
and Northern Cyprus out, which are their greatest conquests. (so far)

If i'm alluding to some nervousness about a GREATER TURKEY,
I assure I am Nervous.
