   Many Hakkas in Panama? 
 
In 12/01/1998 issue of the Taiwanese newspaper Zhong Yang Ri Bao, 
or Central Daily News (international edition), there is an essay 
written by a Shenzi, entitled "Because you are also my student".
 
Shenzi writes about his/her life as a Chinese language teacher 
in a Panamanian trilingual (Spanish, English and Chinese) school, 
that has a student population of more than a thousand from primary 
to secondary grades. 
 
Shenzi says that Chinese students attend Chinese classes five 
times a week. 
 
Does anyone know what is the Hakka population in Panama?
