Prominent Hakkas in the Sino-Japanese War, 1937-45

I have read that many Hakkas featured prominently in the Sino-Japanese War,
1937-45.
Some entries have been made here on Zhu De, Yeh Ting, etc from the
Communist side.

>From the Kuomintang side, there are Zhang FaKui, Xue Boling (Xue Yue is the
same person?), Luo Zhuoying, Xie Jinyuan. Xie's heroics was made into a
movie in Taiwan titled "800 Warriors".
Anyone has got information on them, please post it here.
