Fellow Hakkas,

I have placed Mr. Liu's Hakka Pinyin-character dictionary on the Hakka
homepage. Please take a look and see if it is usable.  Two of the files would
show as gibberish but I hope when you save them in a file, they can be used.
I have not tested the system. If you have any question, please write to Mr.
Liu first (email on the webpage).  I would like to know how to use it too.
