Subject: 13 gathering in S'pore

My friend just came back from S;pore. They told me it did not encourage
to speak Hakka at the meeting or public forum. Many leaders of Hakka
groups, they were reluctant to speak hakka, because s'pore government is
prokoting maderin for the country.
During stage performance, they blocked the singer and actor of Taiwan to
attend the show. There are about 14,000 people attended. Taiwan has sent
about 400 people to join this event, but they did not get what they
should have. It is very regretfully. We are Hakkas, but we are seperated
by politics.
