hakka cuisine



There is but one or two authentic Hakka restuarants in Singapore, and
frankly they taste nothing like the real thing to the Hakka tongue. 

I know only several dishes unique to the Hakka culture : Niong Tofu,
chicken cooked in homemade rice wine and wu de goh (yam cake). Do any
fellow Hakkas out there know of any other Hakka dishes?
