I cannot read the posting of giu-fon-hak, although I can read all Big5
and GB in other sites. I was told that some mailers are not compatible
with the 8-bit Chinese codes. Any suggestions how to overcome this
problem?

I do not know why it can not be accessed. You should check it out for
whom easy writer in Chinese.
