 Making Wine
Author: Jason Croft

I use one jar of Bluberry Jam, i/2 kilo of table sugar per 4 liters of wine - add a small hand full of Bakers Yeast - the same as is used for making bread - now for the hard part -
Boil enough water to fill your wine jar - let it cool - put all the above together - place a paper towell over the top with a rubber band to hold it snug and let it sit an a dark corner for a month and it will be ready!

the last week - take a small sample of it to see how it tastes - if it is sour - place it in the refridgerator and add more sugar - But - be ready for it to foam ... If an insect comes to take a taste - the wine will become vinegar.

Practice makes perfect.
