 I miss Hakka Taro Rice

I am not sure whether 'Taro Rice' is Hakka dish, but in my recollection, I used to have Taro rice. When I was a teen, I used to cook Taro Rice or Long Bean Rice for family dinner.

Taro Rice is easy to cook and economical one-pot dish. I would make a pot a 'taro rice' if I could locate a big taro. I miss 'taro rice' or 'long bean rice'.
