 REQ: mei kaw pan recipe
Author: Mr Chong

Anyone has a recipe for a Hakka dish called steamed "Mei Kaw Pan" something similar to a thick solid pan cake. It is made from rice flour with flat taste but eaten or dipped in very dark brown sweet sugary molasses seasoned with fried minced fresh garlic. Thank you.
