No, thank you. The combined taste won't work well together. But Jalapeno with cheese is fine.

Sweet Chocolate sauce on Chinese egg-noodles does not jive. Sweet stuff are for deserts. Chinese egg-noodles should stick to salty taste. The only exception for Chinese food that works well with sweet stuff is sweet and source sauce but not those American sweet and source sauce that looks more like red food coloring. The sweet and sour sauce should be made from ketchup, chillie sauce, and pineapple. The sauce works well with fried fish (Sweet and sour fish).

Stuffed tofu in Malaysia, variously called " Yong-tau-fu" (Cantonese) or "yong-tel-fu" (Hakka) is normally assumed to be Hakka in origin. In Kuala Lumpur the YTF in Ampang Village is famous but has become quite expensive by Malaysian standards.

There are two types of stuffed tofu — fried and the normal boiled/steamed ones stuffed with fish (surimi) or pork meat. To add a zing to it my uncle's recipe called for addition of finely chopped and lightly fried to release its flavour. Some other recipes call for a fish and pork meat mixture.

I have left out some important ingredients so I am amending it.

Of cours, tofu is a very versatile ingredint, which can be used in all types of cuisine and gastronomy. But, unfortunately, the vast majority of Chineses worldwide are allergic to dairy products. Vegetarians and vegans are making good use of tofu because of its nutritional values, and as a substitute to dairy product!s

Your uncle is right. It does enhance the taste by adding a small dosage of dried, or fried cuttlefish into the ingredients.
