 What is this called?

I was reading a free daily paper in Toronto, Canada and the paper
showed some "typical" Chinese lunar foods.
I'm Chinese and I've never seen this food.
Can someone tell me the name of it and what it is?
What is in the centre of this? Is it peanuts, or taro...meat perhaps??
