The program was about how to talk to kids about sex. It featured a female medical doctor, Laura Berman MD, (who wrote the free downloadable book on the url above) and it featured Dr. Berman with a real mother, Amy - a middle aged woman, having the first talk about sex with Amy's daughter, age 10, Jordan (yes, she is a young girl despite the boy-sounding-name)
Next week Thursday's program will deal with an older age group, about age 14, where the conversation about sex will be different.
Oprah's website contains diagrams of the male/female reproductive organs from which a child can be shown where all the names/parts/places are.
