 Final cure for diabetes

There is a whole host of manipulative nutritional elements put on by the food industries in the U.S to make Americans get hungry more often, thus Americans are constantly feeling hungry all the time and tend to eat much more than their European or Asian counterparts, thus obesity is a phenomenon that happens only in the States because Americans are being fed addictive chemicals by the food industries to make them feel hungry, thus they have to eat more.
Asian herbal Association has already found cure for diabetese type I and II, it's a 3 months treatment protocol that can cure diabetese once for all, but the Federal government do not recognize herbal medicine because they think herbal remedies can threaten drug makers' billion dollars industries. The same goes for the cure for cancer, a person that is more acidic tends to have cancer while an alkaline person tends not to have cancer , so basicity is a natural cure for cancer but drug industries don't want to put out any cure for cancer because it's a billion dollars industries, they want people to take drugs for the rest of their life, drugs that give temporary relief do not cure disease. So it's all about money, not about quality of health, because public traded drug companies have the legal fiduciary duty to make money for their shareholders, curing disease is of lesser priority, there are natural cures in Chinese herbal medicine for virtually all kind of disease but American public don't know about it and that's a shame because the FDA just don't want to have anything to do with herbal medicine, their goal is to protect drug makers' billion dollars market.
