One family builds a wall, two families enjoy it

七嘴八舌頭.---Qi zui3 ba she2 tou2
A family of fifteen,
Has seven mouths and eight tongues.
(A noisy discussion with everyone trying to talk at once.)

Yi1 jian4 wu2 chang2 wan4 shi4 xiu
When the messenger of death comes, all affairs cease.

Yan2 wei2 xin sheng
Words are the voice of the mind
