Vietnam despicable government is getting desperate
Author: ModernChinese

******************************************************************************************************************************************
Note: Lately, the Vietnamese government gets themselves into an excited climax when a retired clergy produced a map of China which he claims is the “proof” of the demarcation of the China’s territory during the Qing Dynasty.

The VN propaganda machine is kicked into high gear trying to “convince the VN brainwashed population that China frontier stops at Hainan island!? (So they hope)

http://forum.globaltimes.cn/foru/showthread.php?p=72263#post72263

Well, the petty Vietnam tries to cover the sun of truth with their little hands. Below is my repute to their irrational and low-life tricks.

*****************************************************************************************************************************************

The Vietnamese government and its officials in charge of VN territory demarcation know all along that they have NO legitimate claim on any of the islands on the South China Sea.

That is the most compelling reason that the Head of the VN government Prime Minister Pham Van Dong was not hesitant to declare the “total acknowledgement and complete support” for the China’s claim of territorial sovereignty over Xisha, Nansha, and Zhong sha – along with Taiwan - and adjacent water territories, on September 14, 1958, in his official document sent to China.

http://conghambannuoc.tripod.com/

Excerpt from the above link (that are translated to English):

“The Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (DRV) acknowledges and supports the Declaration on September 4th, 1958 by the Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), on the PRC’s decision concerning China’s sea territories.

The Government of DRV respects this claim and will instruct all (VN) responsible government ministries/departments to strictly abide by and respect the 12-miles limit of water territory of PRC in all matters related to the PRC sea territories”

The Vietnamese government can NEVER be able to deny this agreement and their obligation to respect the China sovereignty over Xisha and Nansha archipelagos, no matter how much they try to twist their fork tongue to mislead the world and its people.

The VN government has been DUMBING DOWN the Vietnamese people by force-feeding them with false information and brainwashing them with primitive Soviet-era propaganda. The consequence of that is so serious that their “fake scholars” - "học giả...dṓi" - OPENLY show their ignorance, and “proud” of it?!

The fact that the Vietnam propaganda machine tries to utilize a primitive map of China - made in the back alley of Shanghai streets, by anybody/publishing houses without the Central Government sanction, during the last years of the dying Qing Dynasty (1904) - to give some weight to their argument, just shows how desperate and clueless they are.

Shanghai has always been the industrial, financial, and commercial hub of China. It has NEVER been the political and cultural center of China.

It is Beijing – the Chinese capital for 600 years – where the successive Central governments of China reside and from which ALL the official government documents – including national archives, originals of international treaties, official declarations, official national maps…- have been made, issued, and released.

Each Qing Court official document or map has the name, title, and stamp of the official in charge of the document/map preparation when the documents/maps were approved by the Qing Emperor for publication and release.

The map that the VN “fake scholar” obtained from an unknown book peddler for a few VN “dong”, has no signature, no title, and no stamp of the responsible Qing Court official. This is a clear sign of the amateurish nature of the map.

Any “information” written on the map is just the strokes of the con-artists to fool the unscrupulous VN “fake scholars”. And boys, they get hooked all right!

Even IF the map has all of the signature and stamp, how this ONE fake map can make the whole VN government excited about the “proof” of China sovereignty over Nansha archipelagos when there have been hundred – if not thousand – of Qing Court OFFICIAL documents and maps from the Qing State Archives showing Nansha has been administered by the Qing government?

People all over the world can’t help but to smile and shake their heads at the petty Vietnamese…

Here, I’m going to give the Vietnam’s “fake scholars” - dubbed "học giả...dṓi" - SOME clues about China REAL maps to study, so next time, before they open their mouths to rationalize the VN irrational thievery claim on China territory, they would be wary of their ignorance.

During the Qing Dynasty, the Chinese Government marked the Nansha Islands (Spratly) on the authoritative maps and exercised the administrative jurisdiction over these islands. The Nansha Islands were marked as Chinese territory in many maps drawn in the Qing Dynasty, such as:

- The Map of Administrative Divisions of the Whole China of the 1724 Map of Provinces of the Qing Dynasty

- The Map of Administrative Divisions of the Whole China of the 1755 Map of Provinces of the Imperial Qing Dynasty

- The 1767 Map of Unified China of the Great Qing for Ten Thousand Years

- The 1810 Topographical Map of Unified China of the Great Qing for Ten Thousand Years.

- The 1817 Map of Unified China of the Great Qing for Ten Thousand Years.

If those ignorant VN “fake scholars” want to see those maps for themselves, go and apply for the access permission from the Chinese government.

If they plead sincerely, MAY BE, their request for the maps’ access could be granted.

As for the rest of the empty and hysterical rhetoric of the post, I intend to write a comprehensive post exposing the genocidal and rotten mentality of the Vietnamese political elites, from feudal, to nationalist, to communist elites.

Look for my next post: "Expose the Vietnamese government mentality: genocidal, traitorous, hypocritical, and "proud" of it"
