Beyond that all three nations have a vested interest in enforcing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty which all three nations ratified. I know many of your cohorts want every wacko on the block to have their own suticase nuke, but that just shows their lack of ....hmmm, brains?

I remember USA wanted use nuclear artillery during Korean and Vietnam civil war....the programme eventually got miscarriage..due high radiation posed to the handler......today may be different.
