Martin perhaps you have forgotten China and the Philippines have signed the treaty.

My point was completely missed by you because you are to busy seeking confrontation. The point is if China cannot respect EEZ's as they stand today...how could she be expected to recognize them anywhere else...let alone the moon!

Further NO nation...including China...(of the nations with active space programs) have signed and ratified the moon treaty.

Of course there are a few nations like Mexico, Chile and your buddies in the Philippines that HAVE signed and ratified. However let's be honest, none of those nations are heading to the moon any time soon.

You are simply a misinformed person who wants confrontation. Get your information straight before you come to the table.
