Re: Explaining Chinese sovereignty over Huangyan Island on the Los Angeles Times

Martin Su,

Thank you. I am personally very grateful to you. What you have done is so commendable. I am not very high tech internet savvy and not familiar with YouTube and facebook.

I urge all Chinese to persist in wiping out the 'gweilo' mentality and the view that only Western rules and concepts apply; that the borders and boundaries are as decided by them.

Be steadfast, the starting point is what the ground or sea situation was before the White Colonists and Imperialists came to Asia!

As far as its national boundaries are concerned China does not recognise any lines drawn by 'gweilos'! The main boundary for contention is the boundary line called the MacMahon Line drawn by the British unilaterally as its [India was then a British colony] boundary with China.

These so called South China Sea islands and their boundary lines are really 'peanuts'; for none of the countries called Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, with the exception of maybe Vietnam existed as nations at the ‘starting point' of ‘pre-colonial invasion’. And, even then the Vietnamese Emperor of the past acceded to China's control of the South China Sea at that ‘starting point'.

Our claim is based on customary historical right and utility since antiquity before the appearance of white colonialism is totally valid, because simply put - we have not been dispossessed of it – there has not been and is not any adverse occupation [as in the Falkland Islands] - that is what it is in 'legal' jargon.

If the Philippines or any of the neighbours want to dispossess China of any 'unoccupied' island or otherwise - just come out and try! The villain is not these puny messengers but the big Yank. And the big Yank knows what the legal situation, and that is why it has publicly declared that it is not taking sides in relation to the Huangyan Islands.

China should just use economic warfare and chess games and mind games and leave all military resources for the one big military battle - with the YANKS and the CHOW LEEs of this world. In Cantonese we say - "Lei Mmm Kaeng Sei; Tai Kah Yat Chai Sei!"

Chow Lee. I have read your comments to the other forum members on this post. You demented upside down deformed abnormality! Your brains are in your prick of your 'gweilo' manhood and the faecal matter in your pirate skull is still hoping to pillage and plunder like a 'gweilo' buccaneer in the South China Sea! Do you think you can send in your 'gweilo' gunboats and force us to buy and smoke opium again? Rot in 'gwei' 'sai kai'! This time we will not live in shame! The last time you had the guns and we had only the silver; but this time we have bigger guns than you and we still have the silver! We have 5000+ years of knowing how to survive behind us, how old or should I say, how young are you; you pipsqueak! Go and do what you do best. Do not bother telling us what to do. Go tell your Uncle Sam what to do. Go and suck your own balls and pretend to have big testicles and 'tommy-guns'. Tell Uncle Sam to draw his gun, since he is the World Sheriff. Why send a puny messnger like the Philippines to do a man's job? We dare you! Let us prick your puffed up balloon head of a pompous prick.
