 Indian Missile called "China Killer"

India has successfully launched a new ICBM Agni-V named after the Hindu God of Fire and Sacrifice. The Indian officials called it "China Killer". I cannot understand why Indians keep harboring an ill-intent towards China, be it taking part with a US-encirclement of China at her eastern flank, giving sanctuary to Tibetan dissidents or deveoping ICBMs to strike deep into China. We can understand Indians wanting to have a stronger India, but to label the ICBM as "China Killer" is going beyond the pale. The Indian psyche is one of getting even for a war some half century ago. China has started trade talks with India, and there have been exchanges of visits by the leaders of the two countries. I do not understand this sneaky Indian feeling.
