It would seem as though the central government of China is NOT embracing their own example as they said this program leaves room for corruption and is being halted. Huang Jiefu, Vice Minister of Health said: "The pledge to abolish organ donations from condemned prisoners represents the resolve of the government,” according to Xinhua. Another huge concern is that China was NOT getting informed consent from the prisones or their families as you suggest. "offering those condemned men a chance to do good" and "those condemned man do his/her last good deeds by donating his/her organs..."
