Chin Peng lives in Princess Chulaporn Village No.10 in southern Thailand
Regarding his former comrades, for those who are over 60, each receives a personal allowance of Thai baht 540 monthly from the community account. There are four villages, 9, 10, 11, 12, to house the former members of the Malayan Communist Party.
Originally the villages were called Peace Villages, according to the Peace Agreement. Then Her Royal Highness Princess Chulaporn became the patron of the villages. From time to time Her Royal Highness pays visits to the villages. The residents and the Thai Government changed the name of the villages to Princess Chulaporn Villages, 9, 10, 11, 12.
