Yue Fei,

This is not a Hakka expression but a common Southern Chinese village 'scolding' term, as in a 'useless person'.

The closest in the Chinese Classics is of the Monkey King 'Shi Mm Hoong' in the fable of The Journey to the West. He was born from a stone.
