Dear Rudi,

The most possible family name for yours could be "Hiu" interpretated by my Bao On (Chim) Hakka. In Kong Kong and East Malaysia, there are quite a lot of Hakka belong to "Yau"(Cantonese) or "Khiu" clan.

Hope I was not far away.
